The steps in this Quick Start Guide are for customers who have the Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2. For all other modems, you will need a min of 2 x Wi-Fi Boosters. Please follow the instructions under the support tab at telstra.com/smartwif Please ensure you already have a Wi-Fi network set up, with working Internet. If you don’t, you will need to set up your modem and Internet first.
