Latent Logic

Latent Logic was founded by leading Oxford academic Prof. Shimon Whiteson and robotics expert Dr Joao Messias. Our mission is to develop the smartest autonomous systems, using a form of machine learning called "learning from demonstration", combined with state-of-the-art computer vision. Inspired by our research into social robotics, learning from demonstration is uniquely suited to the most challenging AI applications - where the behaviour being imitated is highly complex, intuitive to humans but impossible to codify using standard methods. We are using this technology to transform the testing of autonomous cars, through creating smarter and more realistic driving simulators.
