Endace Readies On-Probe Data Provenance Capabilities
Within the next calendar quarter, Auckland, New Zealand-based network monitoring technology vendor Endace will introduce a watermark-type capability within its network probe devices that will capture detailed information about data packets, to be able to prove their origin and establish other details about the provenance of individual packets for compliance purposes.
