EarthBend acquires division of SDN
EarthBend is acquiring the phone/data equipment division and cloud contact center platform of SDN Communications. The two Sioux Falls companies provide information technology systems and services. EarthBend is offering jobs to 22 SDN employees who support the acquired business units. EarthBend has more than 70 IT staff members serving the upper Midwest. SDN will maintain 160 employees on its core broadband, managed and cybersecurity services for businesses in South Dakota and surrounding states.
