Communication Technology Services And Druid Software Collaborate On Enterprise 5G And 4G Private Wireless Networks

Communication Technology Services, LLC (CTS), a global leader of telecommunications infrastructure solutions and managed services, has announced a strategic agreement with Druid Software, a business that develops enterprise mobile core cellular network software. CTS will integrate Druid's RaemisTM application into its managed service platform in order to provide unique private wireless network solutions for organisations using the Citizens Band Radio Services (CBRS) band. The CTS solution provides organisations with unrivalled wireless network performance and control.


CTS is based on Druid's open architecture software platform RaemisTM, which enables organisations to maximise network resource use and service flexibility. Raemis is a 5G and 4G core technology designed primarily for enterprise users who want high performance for mission-critical business applications and communications. Raemis' network slicing features enable user group segmentation, traffic balancing, and quality of service levels on the radio access network via independent Packet Data Networks.


CTS will optimise Raemis in conjunction with its proprietary Total Traffic ManagerTM, which actively monitors and analyses data traffic as it moves over the network, allowing for better network policy administration. The combination of Total Traffic Manager and Raemis provides organisations with comprehensive network control by distributing network resources based on user group, application, or protocol. This degree of control ensures that IP security cameras, mission-critical voice services, autonomous guided vehicles, as well as Internet of Things (IoT) sensors run at optimal efficiency at all times.
