Deliver Exceptional Service with Fiber & Fixed Wireless

Subscribers demand high-performance broadband connectivity at affordable prices – and they want service now. Service providers are deploying connectivity that meets SLAs and satisfy subscribers by extending the fiber core with fixed wireless. Learn how fixed wireless at 60 GHz offers multi-gigabit speeds that can be deployed in a matter of days, and how licensed CBRS solutions that meet NTIA BEAD requirements for reliable service provide connectivity at a fraction of the cost and time to deploy fiber all the way to the residence. The panel provides a view of the technology, economics and field experiences while identifying the sweet spot where hybrid fiber and wireless technology deliver the strongest impact.

Pole Loading 101: Understanding the Basics and Impact on Network Infrastructure Deployments

ISEMAG

Historically, new infrastructure deployments are impeded by a limited understanding of the structural integrity of poles in an outside plant network. It is vital that all parties involved in the deployment of wireless and wireline infrastructure understand the basics of pole loading analysis, including why it is important, what factors have the greatest impact, and what solutions can be used to ensure timely customer access to new services. During this webinar, we will discuss the importance of performing pole loading analysis, as well as the various methods that can be used to determine a pole’s remaining capacity.

Data Center Cable Infrastructure

Data Centers vary widely in nature and can be roughly classified as hyperscale, multi-tenant, and private. A critical and common component in the operation of such data centers is the installation and maintenance of the physical cabling infrastructure. A fundamental change taking place is the evolution from cables using classic connectors on copper (RJ-45) or fiber optics (LC) to cables terminated by pluggables such as SFP or QSFP. This represents a new challenge as these cables, called Active Optical Cable (AOC) or Direct Attach Copper (DAC), are not easily validated and tested.

The Top 10 Best Practices for Data Center Operational Success

One of the most important factors in reducing downtime and the number of incidents caused by human error in a data center is to create tightly aligned and well-run teams that work with discipline and a consistent culture of teamwork and improvement. Creating a culture of operational efficiency is harder than it sounds and impacts all facets of any mission critical facility. This webinar will look at the 10 most important steps to take to build, support and put strong teams into action, including the ever-important hand-off to operations after construction of a data center and the role Tier Certification can play in the strategic execution of taking a new data center live.
