Raycap Releases New Modular Topper to Support Growing Demand Among Top Network Operators

prnewswire | June 01, 2023 | Read time : 01:36 min

Raycap, a global leader in infrastructure and power protection solutions for wireless telecommunications, has introduced a new line of modular pole toppers available for partially and fully concealed small cell poles. The new design accommodates various radio types and antennae housed on top of Raycap small cell steel or existing wooden poles in a 4G/5G cellular network. The new RaycapSTAX™ product line provides flexible options that facilitate ever-increasing 5G and next-generation network buildouts.

Market research by MarketsandMarkets™ indicates the 5G infrastructure market is expected to reach a value of USD$ 47.78 billion by 2027 with a compound annual growth rate of 67.1%.

"This product launch answers the demand we are seeing from our wireless network customers," said Kelly Richards, Sr. VP of Sales at Raycap. "As the industry gets more complex and with real estate at a premium, solutions that support various configurations and allow expansions as the network grows are incredibly important."

The stackable topper line is available in different diameters: 16", 18", 22", or 24". Stacks of up to three RaycapSTAX modules per pole are possible, enabling operators to design their own topper configurations depending on the active equipment needed at the location. Concealment material options are also flexible and include traditional StealthSkin® radome material and InvisiWave®, Raycap's patented 5G mmWave-friendly concealment technology. Many color options are available.

RaycapSTAX includes stackable equipment bays constructed from structural steel and aluminum following American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards, all equipment mounts, adapters, caps, InvisiWave leaves, or fully constructed StealthSkin radomes needed to complete the installation.

Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. Announces NYSE Approval of Compliance Plan

Business Wire | August 28, 2023

Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE American: MIMO), which provides ground-breaking, disruptive software and hardware for 5G networks, and is a pioneer in end-to-end Open RAN solutions, announced that on August 23, 2023, it received a letter from NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”) stating that NYSE American reviewed and accepted the plan of compliance (the “Plan”) submitted by the Company in response to NYSE’s June 9, 2023 letter informing the Company that it was not in compliance with the continued listing standards set forth in Sections 1003(a)(i) and (ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide (the “Company Guide”). NYSE’s August 23 letter provides an extension for compliance with Sections 1003(a)(i) and (ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide until December 9, 2024. The NYSE American staff will review the Company periodically for compliance with the initiatives outlined in the Plan. If the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing standards by December 9, 2024, or if the Company does not make progress consistent with the Plan during the Plan period, the NYSE American staff will initiate delisting proceedings as appropriate. As previously disclosed, the Company also received written notice (the “Notice”) on July 10, 2023 from NYSE American stating that it is not in compliance with the continued listing standard set forth in Section 1003(f)(v) of the Company Guide because the Company’s common stock was selling for a substantial period of time at a low price per share, which NYSE American determined to be a 30-trading day average of less than $0.20 per share. The Notice stated that the Company’s continued listing is predicated on it effecting a reverse stock split of its common stock or otherwise demonstrating sustained price improvement within a reasonable period of time, which NYSE American has determined to be no later than January 10, 2024. However, NYSE American may take an accelerated delisting action that would pre-empt the cure period in the event that the common stock trades at a level viewed to be abnormally low. The Plan and the extension date referred to above do not apply to the January 10, 2024 deadline for the Company to comply with Section 1003(f)(v) of the Company Guide. The Company may elect to regain compliance with Section 1003(f)(v) of the Company Guide by effecting a reverse stock split if necessary. The Company will continue to be included in the list of NYSE American noncompliant issuers, and the below compliance (“.BC”) indicator will continue to be disseminated with the Company’s ticker symbol. The Company’s receipt of the Letter and Notice from the NYSE American does not affect the Company’s business, operations or reporting requirements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Businesswire | July 04, 2023

Spitfire Network Services Ltd (Spitfire), the award winning provider of fixed line voice, internet and wide area network services to business, has today announced a full mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement with BT Wholesale. Spitfire will interconnect its advanced latest generation core network with BT Group’s award-winning EE 4G and 5G Radio Access Network. With ‘Enhanced Mobile’, the new ‘Spitfire Unified Network’ will offer first class connectivity, better security and, flexible and innovative billing plans, to SME, enterprise and IoT customers across the UK with the potential for greater efficiency via the integration of fixed and mobile networks. Spitfire already provides customers with significant choice and the ‘best fit’ of available next generation fixed line fibre and private network connectivity, including direct access into Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure and other cloud providers through Spitfire’s Cloud Connect solution. This will now be expanded to include 4G voice and 4G/5G, data and IoT connectivity with Enhanced Mobile. Spitfire customers can now obtain a single unified network across their entire mobile and fixed line estate, for a true end-to-end solution without the need for data to traverse the public internet, improving security and manageability. The requirement for IPSec VPNs or similar networking security technology is potentially avoided, allowing for less equipment configuration time. Another technical benefit is that customers can specify a private APN network and bring their own IP address range. The full MVNO gives Spitfire greater control of core network functionality, providing customers with enhanced services for IoT and mobile data connectivity, and will enable future integration with its leading hosted telephony solution FireSwitch™. Spitfire is now well positioned to provide businesses with next level unified network solutions that meet its evolving connectivity needs. The Spitfire Customer Portal provides comprehensive easy-to-use online access to view and manage all provided services in one location, including provisioning and support updates. The customer only has to engage with one connectivity supplier for all sales and support and will receive a single invoice for all services and sites. All providing for the straightforward adoption of the latest IoT and mobile network technology. Harry Bowlby, Managing Director, Spitfire Network Services Ltd, said: “This new agreement is extremely exciting for Spitfire. By adding Enhanced Mobile to our service offering, we complete the jigsaw by enabling our customers and partners to benefit from easy access to one unified network solution for all of their connectivity needs. EE’s 5G network covers more than 68% of the population and expanding into more rural populations. Its 4G network already covers 99% of the population and is on track to reach 90% of the UK’s geographic landmass by the mid-2020s.
