Liberty Latin America Chooses Ribbon Analytics to Enhance Network Monitoring

Ribbon Communications Inc., a leading supplier of real-time communications technology and IP optical networking solutions, recently announced that Liberty Latin America, a leading communications company, has chosen Ribbon Analytics to gain a comprehensive view of its network behavior and improve its performance.

Liberty Latin America utilizes the Ribbon Analytics solution to build KPIs and dashboards for third-party devices. The solution flow entails ingesting data from Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) and WiFi devices, recording this information into their Network Quality Index (NQI), and feeding it to the solution, which enriches the data and aids in the creation of new dashboards for monitoring performance and security.

With Ribbon Analytics implemented in their network, service providers gain extensive monitoring capabilities for key trends and KPIs and the ability to detect, diagnose, and resolve various security threats or Quality of Experience problems, resulting in end-to-end network visibility, enhanced operational productivity and incident resolution.
