Founded in 1982 as a small Sedalia, Missouri typewriter company, Midwest Computech focused its business in the education sector. Providing high quality products and services to many Missouri area school districts, we soon developed into an IT solutions resource for the business sector as well.When present-day owners Greg Miller and David Nivens purchased the company in 2004 they had goals of transforming the way Missouri schools and businesses use technology. With a focus on customized service plans specific to each business and educational sector, Midwest Computech introduced a new wave of service programs for both the education and business sectors. With offices in Columbia, Jefferson City, Sedalia, and Kansas City, Missouri, Miller and Nivens have expanded to a highly regarded and firmly established IT solutions provider serving some of the largest school districts in the state, and providing unique and specialized systems for some of the top business in the service area.
